1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, products, and services provided by Found By AI ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operating in Scotland, United Kingdom.

By purchasing our "Fast Fix Toolkit" or the "Done-For-You Tune-Up" service (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

2.1 The AI Visibility Fast Fix Toolkit (£27)

This is a digital download product containing PDF guides, code templates, and standard operating procedures¹¹¹¹.

Nature of Goods: By purchasing this Toolkit, you are buying digital content. You acknowledge that you lose your right to a 14-day cooling-off period (under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) once the download has started, although our voluntary "Green Score Guarantee" still applies (see Section 5).

Implementation: You are responsible for implementing the technical changes (editing robots.txt, schema injection) yourself².

2.2 The Done-For-You Tune-Up Service (£150 / £123 Upgrade)

This is a technical implementation service where we access your digital assets to apply fixes on your behalf³³³³.

Scope: Includes schema setup, firewall whitelisting, accessibility auditing, and registration with Apple Business Connect and Bing Places⁴⁴⁴⁴.

Client Cooperation: You agree to provide necessary access (website backend credentials) and participate in verification steps (e.g., answering the Apple verification phone call)⁵.

3. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of the Services, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information: Ensure your Business Name, Address, and Phone Number (NAP) provided in the onboarding questionnaire are 100% accurate and match your real-world operations⁶.

Grant Access: Provide temporary admin access to your website backend (WordPress, Wix, etc.) for the duration of the Tune-Up⁷.

Complete Verification: For the Tune-Up, you must be available to receive the automated verification call from Apple during the time window you specify⁸⁸⁸⁸. Failure to answer this call may result in delays not covered by our guarantee.

4. Payments and Taxes

Currency: All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (GBP/£).

Payment Processing: We use Stripe to securely process payments. We do not store your financial data directly.

Taxes: Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds and Guarantees

5.1 The "Green Score" Guarantee

We offer a performance-based guarantee on both the Toolkit and the Tune-Up.

Condition: If you implement the steps in the Toolkit (or if we implement them via the Tune-Up) and your "Found By AI Visibility Score" does not increase, you are eligible for a refund⁹⁹⁹⁹.

Claiming a Refund: To claim a refund, you must email [email protected] with a screenshot of your initial score and your score after implementation.

5.2 Tune-Up Cancellations

If we are unable to verify your business due to issues on our end, we will refund you in full.

If you fail to provide the required login credentials or repeatedly miss the Apple verification call, we reserve the right to withhold a £50 administrative fee to cover our time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Toolkit: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Toolkit for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Toolkit files publicly.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your business data. We claim no ownership over your website or accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability (Important)

7.1 No SEO Rankings Guaranteed

We guarantee an improvement in your AI Visibility Score (technical readability). We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings on Google, specific placement in Siri recommendations, or a specific number of new leads/bookings^10101010. AI search algorithms (OpenAI, Apple, Google) change frequently and are outside our control.

7.2 Technical Implementation Risks (DIY Toolkit)

If you purchase the DIY Toolkit, you are solely responsible for any changes you make to your website code. Found By AI is not liable for website downtime, errors ("White Screen of Death"), or data loss resulting from your manual editing of robots.txt, PHP headers, or other site files¹¹.

7.3 Service Access (Tune-Up)

For the Done-For-You service, we will take all reasonable care when accessing your site. However, our liability for any damages arising from our service shall be limited to the total amount paid by you for the Service (£123–£150).

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts¹².
